Shelter & Care

A strong shelter is needed to protect PVs from wind, rain, snow and strong summer sun. A quality orchard grass hay is a great choice for PVs, so no less important is clean and dry hay storage and fresh water.

License a Pet

Nutrition & Health

A basic understanding of Camelid disease, parasitology, neo-natal health needs is important to mastering the challenge of shaping and improving the overall fiber characteristics of North American Paco-Vicuña™ is part of the adventure of breeding these animals.


Late spring shearing and immunization are important annual tasks to consider as is whether you shear your PVs yourself or hire a professional shearer.
